Touching the world
with rose colored gloves. Will that be like looking at the world through rose-colored glasses? I guess I'll find out next winter.

They are Custom-Fit, Sideways-knit Garter Stitch Gloves by Joan Goldstein. This is the fourth pair of these gloves I've made, so I'll let you learn about the pattern here in a previous post.

These are made of Artyarns Ultramerino 4 in colorway 112, mauve roses. I had planned to photograph them with the roses growing in my garden, but as I watered my pots and window boxes this morning, I decided to use these moss roses instead. They're variegated like the gloves are. Still not sure about this color, but they're growing on me.
